What is the difference between the Subscription Plan and purchasing a course individually?

Purchasing a course individually will give you permanent access to a course.


Subscribing to the monthly plan will give you access to a course as long as you remain a subscriber.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sign into your user account, click onto "Subscriptions" under the "Payments" section and select the subscription you wish to cancel. You will retain access to the courses until the end of the subscription period.

Will I get access to new courses that are added?

As long as you are subscribed to the Subscription Plan you will have full access to any new courses that are added to the plan.

What is the schedule of Live courses?

A new Live course is released after the previous one is completed. There is usually a time period of 1-2 weeks between courses. A break from teaching is taken during the month of Ramadan.


Please note that the release of Live courses is at the discretion of Islam Answers and may be subject to change.

Is there an opportunity for interaction with scholars?

You are able ask relevant questions directly to the teacher during a Live lesson using the question option.
